Heller St History

1 Heller st was a disused council land site and was developed into a park and ten residences through a collaborative process involving the council, local residents and the developer. 

The 10 townhouses have been designed by Six degrees Architects with a high level of sustainability in mind. (www.sixdegrees.com.au)

The residences and parkland combine to create a new family environment.

Rain water is collected from the rooftops of the town houses and stored in 2 x 20,000 litre water tanks under the park and used to water the park,
