1 Heller st was a disused council land site and was developed into a park and ten residences through a collaborative process involving the council, local residents and the developer.

The residences and parkland combine to create a new family environment.

Rain water is collected from the rooftops of the town houses and stored in 2 x 20,000 litre water tanks under the park and used to water the park,
